Do you feel so messed up?
You feel your life is not as organized and collected as you see with others.
You have envied that colleague at work who seem to be the delight of people just because he/she is far more organized and composed than you are, he/she just seem to know what to do and when to do it.
You wonder how he/she is able to meet up with every target and you cannot
You seem to be amazed how folks around you manage their finances even when they do not earn more than you, you just always find yourself in debt.
I think I know exactly how that feels – I was once there.
You just wish you can lay hands on a magic wand that can give you access into the life of those people you envy, you just want to see how exactly they play the stunt.
Huh! you are desperate to be like them, yes! I know.
You want to guess?
Just as you thought – I’m Glad to tell you that mess is over
You may not need that expensive personal management course to get yourself together again.
Yes, I mean it.
All you need to get you up to speed you have in your pocket, or maybe your purse.
The magic is in your mobile phone!
Really? Yes really!
All you lack is organizational skills.
This is the golden question: Are you looking for an easy way to rectify the situation? If you answered “yes” to the question, continue the read, I’ll tell you how.
Firstly, you should accept it as a weakness, instead of flogging yourself to get better, I’ll suggest you make those gadgets help you, they’d love to help you.
It’s time to consider one of the many mobile apps that can help you get started and remain organized..
Yes dear friend, you see – the big difference between those who are on-top of their game and those that are not is just information and not huge money, never a function of intelligence.
This is becoming exciting I suppose.
You know what? Just read through and have yourself an amazing life after. But when you do, do not forget to share this article with friends who may also need something like this.
Here are some apps that can help you get started:
EasilyDo is the app that is said to “tell you what you need to do, before you even know you need to do it.” This app is capable of doing everything, from reminding you to buy groceries for the house and also reminding you there is a file on your desk you should attend to.
One of the coolest things about this app is the ability to multi-task. Instead of having to keep track of several applications at the same time, EasilyDo keeps all of your crucial information in one place.
Other features include the ability to check traffic, track packages, issue a reminder about appointments and deadlines… just to name a few. EasilyDo seamlessly connects to many online services. It is free to use. You should have that app on your phone now! How cool is it to have a phone as a personal assistant.

If you’re the type of person who likes to take notes in an effort to stay more organized, then Evernote is for you. In addition to writing notes which won’t get lost in the shuffle, you can also record notes and email notes to several devices simultaneously. Better yet, you can organize all of your notes by placing them in “notebooks” or attaching tags to whichever ones you choose. That app is nothing less amazing.
When that idea knock, I just pick my phone and type immediately and when I get to my PC whenever I’m ready to work, I see what I have written – so cool.

Mint Personal Finance
The Mint.com personal finance app does an excellent job of keeping your finances organized at the touch of a button. You can easily create a budget, keep track of your spending habits, etc.
All of your personal information is protected by a four-digit PIN, so there’s no need to worry about security breaches. It’s extremely straightforward to add bank accounts, credit card accounts, loans and more. If you lose your phone, it’s very simple to deactivate mobile access.
This app is rated first when it has to do with finance, in-case you cannot access it, there are other apps too that can do the trick, I still recommend Monefy – Money Manager, better still check through finance app on your mobile store and check through reviews to see which has the best rating.

If you’re a “to-do” list junkie, Weave is the app for you. This free app features things like the ability to share projects or lists with a spouse, colleague or roommate. It’s easy to add additional notes to any lists and keep a record of the time each individual spends on certain projects.
If you’ve been using a calendar app that you’re not overly fond of, why not try Weave instead? If you’re involved in several projects at once, the app might just turn out to be your new best friend. It’s available for both Android and iPhone users.
